Lil Wayne and his first born son, show up at Wayne's daughter,Reginae's pajama birthday party..juniors a little cutie! Weezy and Nivea's baby was finally offically born yesterday.
I wonder how he looks. I really wanna see Lauren Londons baby.I bet he's a cutie!
