child abuse?

Alexander Draper (above) 14 years old, is in faster care after his mom got
arrested for child endangerment.saying that she let her child get so fat that his life is in danger. His mom's lawyers argues that she worked too late to give him proper meals and all tha unhealthy food at school made him gain weight.

this is jus sad.he was soo adorable when he was little&&he was a cute little chubby boy but to be that fat at 14 years old?!? and look at that NECK!! omg i dont think i've ever seen a neck that big.this is ridiculous!!!
